I'm Vitor Gorla — BJJ Black Belt, Physical Education specialist, and performance coach based in Nuremberg, Bavaria. For 14 years I've been building and testing training systems on the mat and in the gym.

Most programs are designed for athletes in their 20s with unlimited time and recovery. That's not who I coach. My clients are adults with demanding jobs, families, old injuries, and real schedules. They don't need more motivation — they need a program that fits.

FAT LOSS

For adults whose primary goal is body composition. Strength training is the anchor, nutrition creates the deficit, and the program protects muscle throughout. No crash protocols. No unsustainable restrictions.

  • Caloric deficit from diet — not excess cardio

Book a Call

We talk for 20–30 minutes. You tell me what's going on, what you've tried, and what you actually want. I tell you which track fits and what to expect.

Complete the Intake Form

I send you the G9 intake form. It takes 10–15 minutes. The more honest your answers, the better your program. No ideal answers — just truth.

Program Generated

I run your data through the G9 system — gap analysis, training program, nutrition plan. Your complete 9-step program is built from your exact numbers.

You Get Your Program

You receive a complete, individualized HTML program document — all 9 steps, 6 tracking tables, and a printable Quick Reference Card. You start the week after.

Ongoing Support

Check-ins, adjustments, and a second block when you're done. The program evolves with you. No block is ever identical to the last.

ONLINE COACHING

Full G9 program delivered digitally. Worldwide. Tracking, check-ins, and program updates included. You train wherever you are — the system travels with you.
